REGISTRATION FEES:
Registrations are only accepted online; please see registration link below.
$175 Standard Fee.
$150 Early Registration Fee – by July 31, 2024.
$150 For members of the endorsing societies.
$75 For Graduate and Undergraduate Students, post-docs, medical students, and residents.
NOTE: The graduate student option requires prior approval: To be eligible, you must first submit a letter/email from your faculty advisor stating that you are a graduate (or other qualified students) in good standing to ate@rice.edu. Please do not submit the online registration before obtaining approval from the course coordinator. Feel free to contact us with any questions at ate@rice.edu.
REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be in writing. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received before or on August 7, 2024. No refunds will be given after August 7, 2024.
