REGISTRATION FEES:
Registrations are only accepted online; please see registration link below.
$175 Standard Fee.
$150 Early Registration Fee – by July 31, 2025.
$150 For members of the endorsing societies.
$75 For Graduate and Undergraduate Students, post-docs, medical students, and residents.
NOTE: The graduate student option requires prior approval: To be eligible, you must first submit a letter/email from your faculty advisor stating that you are a graduate (or other qualified students) in good standing to ate@rice.edu. Please do not submit the online registration before obtaining approval from the course coordinator. Feel free to contact us with any questions at ate@rice.edu.
REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be in writing. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received before or on August 7, 2025. No refunds will be given after August 7, 2025.
AVAILABILITY OF RECORDINGS:
All presentations will be recorded and available to registered attendees for two weeks following the conclusion of the short course. Registered attendees will receive a link to access each day’s presentations.
